At Crawlcore Solutions Private Limited, we aim to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Returns Eligibility
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- It is unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
- The item includes original tags, accessories, and proof of purchase (invoice).
Note: Final Sale items, personal care, hygiene products, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:
Email Crawlcoresolution@gmail.com within 7 days.
Provide Order ID, reason, and photo evidence if damaged.
Follow our instructions to return the item to our facility.
In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved Refunds: Processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email Crawlcoresolution@gmail.com with your request and order details.
