At Crawlcore Solutions Private Limited, we understand that you may sometimes change your mind. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please review the conditions below.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
Order placed within 12 hours and status is "Pending".
Order already picked up by our delivery partner.

Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per our Refund and Returns Policy after you receive the item.
Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your statement.
Cancellation by Crawlcore Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel your order under specific circumstances, including:
- The product is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued.
- Issues with payment authorization or suspected fraud.
- Shipping to your specific location is temporarily unavailable.
- Presence of a pricing or technical error on the website.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or phone and issue a full refund for any payments made.
